If you are looking for a quick, steamy, holiday, MM read, this one is for you.
While the story progression with Max and Jasper was quick (not a pun), it was also super cheesy and was more soap-filler than anything worth remembering.
Max and Jasper have spent everyday supporting each other at the gym, never taking their friendship outside of the weight room. After a year of dancing around questions of feelings, Jasper makes a spontaneous move in the locker room showers.
The scenes that mattered were steamy, kinky, and was so hot. That's coming from someone who has never read anything MM. However, the rest of it just was so forced and sometimes cringy or didn't really line up with the timeline.
Otherwise, if you just want something smutty to warm up your holiday blues, then I recommend this one for you. But if you want something that has a little more depth (possibly a pun) along with the smut then this one might not be for you.
